Tour confirmation will be sent to you after we receive confirmation from the hotels. This process may take 3-7 business days.
We will let you know after tour is confirmed.

Next steps after booking:
One month prior the holiday you’ll receive all the information required for your holiday.
Balance will be charged from your credit card 2 weeks prior the holiday, we will let you know after it is charged.
Upon arrival date you arrive to your first hotel and start riding the day after.

Terms of payment
25% of the price will be charged after booking, the balance will be due two weeks prior the holiday.

Terms of cancellation
The 25% deposit paid upon booking is non returnable.

Cancellation of the tour 27 to 14 days prior arrival date will require a 30% cancelation fee.

14 to 8 days – 50%

8 to 3 days – 70%

Canceling the tour less than 3 days prior arrival – No refund will be given.

No refunds will be given for failure to appear at the holiday or late arrival or early departure, including for reasons of injury.

Responsibility
The organizers bear no responsibility for injury or damage done to the body, soul, or property of the participants as well as to a third party.

Riding a bike requires great physical effort. Participants in the holiday must be aware that they have no medical or other limitations that prevent them from withstanding such an effort.

It should be known that riding a bike entails some danger, including the danger of death.

In case of emergency, all rescue operations will be based upon the local rescue services. Participants will be responsible for any fees charged.

Participants are obligated to have personal accident insurance for “active sports,” including evacuation by any means (including by air), surgery, hospitalization, and medical flight home.

It is advisable to have baggage insurance.

In case a hired bike or a part of the bike is stolen the customer will have to pay the full bike cost unless purchasing bike theft insurance.

It should be known that bike hire booking confirmation will be made after confirming availability. Nevertheless, due to unexpected problems, bike can be changed to a different type of the same level or higher.

The company does not carry any responsibility to changes in tour plans made due to actions or decisions made by local authorities.
